It’s more important than ever for you to be well connected. Being connected to a network of skilled professionals enables you to guide clients to a process that suits them.
The information available on the internet serves as instant gratification to those who seek it. When people contact you, they expect a similar quality of gratification.
Gratify them by helping them understand their options and guiding them forwards. If you can’t help them, point them in the direction of someone who can.
