Explaining mediation to your clients (thought of the day)

67% of UK adults have heard of mediation but not used it. Very few people who come to me understand mediation. Much like at school when the teacher would say ‘So who knows what Pythagorus is?’ and the class would stare absentmindedly, our clients often come from a similar place of nescience. Trying to explain mediation, a complicated process, to someone who knows nothing about it is easier than you might think. Treat them like you would a child. Tell them a story the simplifies mediation.
