Much like at school when the teacher would say ‘So who knows what Pythagorus is?’ and the class would stare absentmindedly, our clients often come from a similar place of nescience. Trying to explain mediation, a complicated process, to someone who knows nothing about it is easier than you might think. Treat them like you would a child. Tell them a story the simplifies mediation.
